Yes, CoolIT Systems' USB Beverage Chiller uses the bus' power to run a tiny refridgeration unit that brings the device's coldplate down to 7.3°C/45°F - sufficient, the manufacturer claims, to keep your drink "perfectly" chilled.
CoolIT wants just $40 for the Beverage Chiller, though you have to add an extra $9.50 to ship it anywhere in the North America. Alas the company doesn't appear to ship this handy tool further afield. ®
