Mio preps stylish GPS, DMB-equipped PMP
Satellite TV and route-planning

Korea's Mio appears to be on something of a roll, design-wise at least. After the rather natty looking - if functionally frustrating - A701 GPS-integrating smart phone comes the equally stylish C810 portable media player, again with GPS built in. The company this week said the device will ship in its native country later this month.
The black unit sports a 4.3in LCD. In addition to the customary PMP features of music, video and photo slideshow playback, the C810 apparently has an integrated DMB satellite-transmitted digital TV receiver and a capacious enough battery to allow you to watch it for up to four hours on a single charge.

And, of course, there's route-planning, courtesy of the satellite navigation system.
Mio's announcement didn't provide much else in the way of specifications or pricing. ®
