World's slimmest MP3 player, anyone? Wallet-friendly Flash disk maker Walletex is preparing to launch a version of its slimline storage product, this time with music playback, website Krunker.com claims (http://www.krunker.com/2007/01/02/walletex-wallet-mp3-player-pics/?www.reghardware.co.uk), a fact (tacitly at least) confirmed by the company when it sent over some pics of the product. There's no screen, but the player is said to be water- and dust-proof, and can take custom front-panel labels. But there's a wait: the player's said to be scheduled to ship in June. ®
