    Elitegroup (ECS) this week announced its latest flagship Nvidia-based graphics card, based on the GPU maker's GeForce 8800 GTX and equipped with 768MB of GDDR 3 video-buffer memory.     Memory specialist Kingston Technology yesterday claimed to be the first company to ship DDR 2 memory modules clocked to 1.2GHz - aka PC2-9600.
