I have a Zune. It has FM. So did the last three of my smaller flash based MP3 players (two of which are available free to anyone with dive gear). I rarely use it. What I WOULD use is an AM radio. Baseball games (Go Tigers!), ESPN Radio, talk shows - I don't want to podcast, I don't want to hear something the day after it happened, AM lets me *gasp* listen LIVE.
Why has this been tossed out the window?
I have a 15 year old Sony Walkman playing AM stations to me and all these hi-falutin' digital doohickeys can't do it? What?!?!
I think it's a Giant Left-wing Conspiracy to keep anyone from listening to Rush Limbaugh, but at the same time it is cutting off all kinds of other entertainment. How else can we listen to Art Bell and his guests talking about Alien Probing?!?!

1. Of course people want a radio in their iPods. It was ridiculously obvious that this was missing from the get go. That someone had to go out and pay $$$ for a survey to tell them indicates that some things don't change - in spite of the losses and lessons of the dotcom era where inexperience and immaturity that caused huge financial losses and idiotic ideas, My 12 year old could've told them that (and the friends) from the outset.
2. Hello - what other kind of result would you expect if you poll people through a radio station? And these are people with a college degree???
