If the new minimum speed is "one eighth of the maximum" and "as low as 300MHz" then it's no mystery how fast the chips will be clocked -- looks like they'll start at 2.4GHz. If you take a look at past product lines clocked in that neighborhood, and stare at some bird entrails, you can speculate wildly about an upper bound in the 3GHz neighborhood.
