Details of an upcoming 3G clamshell handset from LG have been revealed through the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website.
LG's 3G clamshell has a camera built-in
Although initial tech specs are scarce, documents filed (https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearchResult.cfm?RequestTimeout=30) by LG with the FCC state that the phone supports dual-band connectivity and has a camera of unconfirmed quality built into the outer surface. Bluetooth is included for short-range data transfers, and a speakerphone’s featured too.
Pretty basic design?
LG may not have not have decided on the phone’s model number yet though, because the FCC documentation lists VX-5500, UX-300 and AX-300 all as possibilities.
A release date or price haven’t been given by LG yet, so we’ll bring you more news as we get it.
