Sitting somewhere in between Red Dwarf's Talkie Toaster and the 7ft tall Cylon Centurion (http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2008/06/27/seven_foot_frakkin_cylon/) we covered a few weeks back, comes the Comic-Con limited edition Battlestar Galactica Cylon Toaster. Oh yes.
"By your comm-" crunch, crunch, crunch
According to NBC Universal Store (http://www.nbcuniversalstore.com/detail.php?p=61221&v=sci-fi_battlestar-galactica_comic-con), these are one-of-a-kind made specifically for the San Diego Comic-Con. We understand that the toaster actually imprints the image of a Cylon on each side of your freshly browned bread.
The Cylon toaster costs just $65 (£32/€41) and ships on 29 July. Expect to see a few of them on eBay next January when the current series comes to a conclusion.
