Nvidia's GeForce 9 GPU trio
More bang for your buck

Nvidia has taken the wraps off its latest graphics processing units (GPUs), which it claims cater for the increasing number of PC applications requiring more graphics horsepower for visuals.

The GeForce 9800 GTX+, 9800 GT and 9500 GT GPUs – the latter of which features on PNY’s latest graphics card - support Nvidia’s SLI multi-GPU solution and PhysX 3D realism technology.
Specs wise, all the GPUs have 512MB of GDDR 3 memory. The 738MHz 9800 GTX+ has 128 stream processors, whilst the 600MHz 9800 GT and 550MHz 9500 GT have 112 and 32 stream processors respectively.
Ujesh Desai, general manager of desktop GPUs at Nvidia, said its three latest GPUs “deliver the best bang for the buck in each price category” and enable consumers to experience truly immersive computing.
All three Nvidia GPUs are available now, with prices ranging between around £130 (€190/$260) for the 9800 GTX+ and £60 (€95/$120) for the 9500 GT.
