Wireless pen options?

Is there such a thing as Bluetooth - or other wireless technology - pen that will allow me to write on paper yet capture what I write, digitally?

This would be a great way to take notes if, say, you only have a phone with you, not a laptop, and you can write more quickly than you can type. ®
