Rockstar pledges GTA:IV PC patch
Gameplay problem fix

Rockstar has promised to do everything it can to fix the problems that gamers are experiencing while playing the recently launched PC edition of Grand Theft Auto: IV.
The game’s developer said in an official online blog that a new driver has been released to improve performance and fix major issues with Nvidia's 7900 series graphics cards. An updated, more GTA-friendly ATI driver, called Catalyst 8.12, will also be released tomorrow.
Rockstar has also claimed to be “working on a number of solutions” that, over the coming days, should help resolve PC issues.
A list of gameplay error codes has already been created too. For example, you’ll need to reboot your system if the “MMA10” code appears, because your system’s out of memory. A “DD3D20” message will require you to reinstall the game and/or reinstall DirectX.
A GTA: IV patch is also on its way, Rockstar promised. The patch – which is already at Microsoft’s HQ for approval – will renovate several other gameplay issues, including a fix to bowling while using certain sensitive mice, overall savings to memory, and graphic improvements to particle systems and mirrors.
