Dell adds One to Inspiron line
Firm's all-in-one desktop PC range grows

Dell has broadened its One series of all-in-one PCs beyond its business-centric Vostro range by launching the Inspiron One 19 desktop.

Dell's Inspiron One 19: doesn't have a touchscreen display, oddly
Based around an 18.5in, 1366 x 768 display which isn’t touch-sensitive, the Windows 7-equipped Inspiron One 19 can be fitted with an Intel Celeron or Pentium Dual-Core processor and up to 4GB of 800MHz DDR 2 memory.
Graphics are handled by Intel’s GMA X4500 integrated graphics core, and Dell will happily slot in a hard drive with a capacity of up to 640GB.
A DVD rewriter hides around one side of the 386 x 477 x 103mm machine and – with its supportive rear stand pulled out – you'll have access to a variety of ports, including two USB 2.0 jacks, a line out connector and an Ethernet slot.

The machine's cheap and will reduce desktop clutter
More ports lurk on the Inspiron One 19’s left side, including a further three USB 2.0 ports, a headphone connector and an eight-in-one memory card reader.
The machine will also connect wirelessly to the web over 802.11b/g, Dell added.
A wireless mouse and keyboard can be added to the basic Inspiron One 19 package, which is available now online from £399 ($669/€445). ®
